REFLECTION



This semester for my pedagogical practice it was intended to apply mainly speaking skills in this case for the English level II, the idea was to evaluate, in general, the strengths and weaknesses of each of the students.

The major goals are the listening part and the ability to recognize the language, how to read and pronounce and associate it seeing it and students can learn easy topics, not so many words in order to memorize better and quickly.

The objectives and intended learning outcomes were:

  • To help students acquire knowledge. The primary objective of teaching is to impart knowledge and wisdom.


  • To shape character and behavior. As mentioned, teachers help students acquire knowledge and this is not just what is included in the syllabus. Through this process, the character is shaped, and behavior is molded.


  • Foster independence. Teachers help students to be strong and independent. One of the outcomes of effective education is independence and a strong foothold.


  • To motivate students. Teachers have the capability to fire intrinsic motivation in their students and this will help students to be successful in life.

My Analisis was done based on my experience in the institution UNAD of girls who belong to the same career but in different semesters, my whole processes during this semester since day one and all the observation I could do in classes, and the teaching and learning process that I lived virtually, I used different methodologies during my process. I analyzed the results of the assessment that in general the students understood pretty good the lessons and they remember most of the vocabulary in every class.
